Le Val André beaches
What a show
Authentic and really wild… on the beaches around Le Val André, it’s rather like being taken back to another era. In the heart of Celtic country, the nearby moors are famous for their legends. Down on the sea, the imagination can run wild. Between the two worlds, on the sands, horses go galloping and it’s a simply magnificent sight.
Far from the noise of the city, out here in the land of the sea on breathtakingly beautiful beaches, get away from it all. Throughout the year, at dawn and dusk, on Nantois Beach in Le Val André, riders canter up and down.
Le Val André has no fewer than four beaches, each very different from the other. There is Val André Beach in the heart of the charming little town of Pléneuf, the wild beach of Vallées, the long stretches of sand at Ville-Berneuf, which continue along all the way to Erquy and finally Nantois Beach, where horse-riders are free to roam. Here before half past ten in the morning and after seven in the evening, it is common to see the magnificent sight of the riders galloping along.
